Exchange and Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellation requests once the order has been processed. In case you want to cancel it immediately as soon as you place the order, please call us at 8885554408 or E-mail us at support@playmax.in
We do not accept returns.
If the item you have received is damaged or non-functional, you can contact us on 8885554408 along with the proof. You will need to record the video while opening it and show the damaged or non-functional product. The request for exchange will be entertained within 3 days of delivery.
Once payment is made, it is non-refundable until we cancel the order or you cancel the order before we ship it.
We will arrange the pickup for exchange once approved as per the condition if the value of the order is more than Rs 1,000. Else you will need to send it to us.

If you received defective or wrong products
A defective product is defined as a product that: (i) is unfit for its intended purposes due to manufacturing or design flaws, (ii) has been damaged in the store prior to purchase, or (iii) does not comply with advertising or labeling statements made about the product. When you return a product claiming a defect, the product goes through structured quality testing and once you submit all the proof that it was dead or damaged on arrival then only we accept the exchange request as per conditions mentioned above..
