The Ledlenser X-Series
Strong design meets luminous power.
The "X" in the name "X-Series" stands for "extreme". Because that's exactly what these flashlights are: Designed for extremes! They're sturdy, have an SOS emergency light, blind assailants with their Strobe unction and transform the darkest night into day. That's why these lights have survived even the toughest rescue missions, and are popular among many fans of the outdoors.

If the light has different energy modes, the measurement is made based on the “energy saving mode”.

Excluded from this warranty are the product series “Solidline”, Ledlenser K1 and Ledlenser K2. The warranty does not apply to Defects in batteries, holsters, pouches, remote switches, color filters, imprints or surface coatings.

X-Lens Technology:
This technology is an extension of the Advanced Focus System (AFS). It can merge virtually any number of reflector lenses and synchronizes its individual light beams into one perfect ray. The result is a high-grade, homogeneous floodlight in unfocused mode, as well as our most sharply focused high beam.
Smart Light Technology:
The smart light technology turns a Ledlenser into your personal lighting tool. A micro-controller gives you the option of configuring the light according to your needs. Easily program your individual range of functions with many models through different button and switch combinations. This way you always have the optimal light function, such as boost, power, low power, flashing light or strobe, at hand.
The Emergency Light:
This application turns your flashlight into an emergency light: When the power goes out and your Ledlenser is on its charging station, it turns on automatically. The light thus helps you to orient yourself, and for example, to find the fuse box.
Advanced Focus System:
Galileo swore by the power of lenses; Newton by the power of reflectors. Ledlenser has simply combined the two technologies – but in a new and innovative way. The result: our patented3 Advanced Focus System (AFS), which allows a seamless transition from homogeneous low beam to sharply focused high beam.
Rapid Focus:
When focusing or defocusing the flashlight or headlamp, the reflector lens moves in relation to the LED. To ensure this process is as quick and ergonomic as possible we developed Rapid Focus: a single-hand mechanism that allows the light beam to be adjusted as fast as lightning.
The Safety Ytrion Cell:
This battery technology is predominantly found in electric vehicles. But it is also ideal for Ledlensers. A Safety Ytrion Cell is considerably lighter than a nickel-metal hydride battery, and can be charged up to five times faster than a lithium-ion battery. Plus it offers more than 5000 charge cycles with virtually zero capacity loss because of the "memory effect".

IP-Class
IP ratings define the protection of the products against the penetration of foreign particles (mainly dust, dirt) and water. The IP rating usually consists of two digits. The first digit ranges from 1 to 6 and indicates the protection of the product against foreign bodies and contact. The second digit (from 1 to 8 or 9) indicates how well the housing is sealed against moisture or water. Basically, the following applies: The higher the value, the higher the protection rating. There is one caveat: Up to the protection rating IPX6, the lower ratings are automatically included when the protection against the ingress of water is indicated. However, both higher ratings (IPX7 and IPX8) refer to another type of water ingress (submersion under water). That is why the products of our iL and EX series for example comply with the protection ratings IP66 and IP68, meaning they are protected against powerful water jets as well as continuous submersion.
